Since every event is different the basic pricing will be found on our website but we strongly encourage you to contact us personally to get an accurate quote for your event.

YES! We offer 50 complementary parking spaces for all wedding ceremonies, receptions, and non-profit events. For hourly rentals we include 20 parking spaces. For all events additional parking can be purchased.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow any pyrotechnics into our venue but tapered candles can be used if the stand they are housed in is taller than the flame.

Unfortunately, City Centre Events’ license to provide food service that is issued by the Kalamazoo County Health and Human Services Department prohibits us from allowing any food to be consumed that was not purchased from an authorized source and prepared on the premises. Wedding cakes are the only exception as long as they are prepared in a licensed kitchen. Guests’ favors that include candy or nuts must be individually wrapped or boxed and can be placed at each place setting. Our liquor license also prohibits any outside beverages or alcohol to be brought in or consumed on the premises.

Set up times vary depending on events the day prior to your rental. Contact us to secure what time you have the venue for prior to your arrival.

Our venue is new in 2024 so we are hitting the ground running getting everything started. Keep an eye on all of our socials to see our highlights and information!

CCE is happy to host any type of event, especially a birthday party. We have had bounce houses in our venue before! So much fun!

We do have some add-on items our clients can rent but we have an exclusive vendor list that outlines different vendors in our community that we highly recommend. Our clients are not required to use our vendors but we will ask that they sign our vendor agreement before coming on property.

At CCE we offer a variety of bar packages. We have per person pricing, cash bar, and by consumption options. Don’t be afraid to reach out with specific requests or questions!

We ask that a final guest count and final 25% of your payment plan be finalized at least 14 days prior to the start of your event. If your event total depends on other add-ons like a bar by consumption your outstanding balance is still due 14 days prior to your event with the remaining balance being charged within 14 days post event.

If you wish to not have catering at your event please let the Event Manager know and they will work with you on venue pricing.
